VIDEO: Condensed Highlights From Palace’s FA Cup Semi-Final

If you’re sitting at work feeling a little worse for wear after yesterday’s festivities but can’t wait until you get home tonight to relive yesterday’s massive FA Cup semi-final win, the main highlights have been condensed into a video of just under four minutes for your viewing pleasure.

This four-minute highlight package fits in all of the important moments from yesterday’s FA Cup semi-final win. What’s not to like?

Whilst I wouldn’t for a second advocate you ducking out of the office during working hours, the video attached via the link above is just about short enough for you to make yourself scarce without anyone realising that you’ve disappeared.

With little less than a month to wait until we return to Wembley Stadium for the FA Cup Final against Manchester United, you’re sure to see both of yesterday’s goals at least 100 times each, but even so, there’s nothing quite like re-watching them whilst the memory of the day remains fresh in your mind.

Although Yannick Bolasie’s back-post header acted as a fantastic boost for everyone on the pitch and in the stands, it was the moment when Connor Wickham flew into the air to head home our second goal of the game that the ground literally started shaking at its foundations, as described by the Match Of The Day commentators during their own highlight package which aired on the BBC last night.

It’s honestly still sinking in for most of us, but Crystal Palace FC, for only the second time in their 111-year history will take part in an FA Cup Final at Wembley. If we can go one step further and actually win it, I can’t even begin to image the joy we’ll feel at full-time.
