VIDEO: Jonny Williams Played A Blinder For MK Dons Last Night

Jonny Williams put in what was almost certainly his most impressive performance in an MK Dons shirt to date on Tuesday night, grabbing an assist for his efforts.

This highlights package sees Jonny Williams putting in a fantastic individual performance for MK Dons on Tuesday night. Forget the injuries, he’s still a real talent.

After initially struggling to hold down a regular place in Karl Robinson’s side during the first few weeks of his temporary stint at Stadium MK, Jonny now appears to have made the desired impact, having a huge part to play against Huddersfield.

The video attached above, sees him heavily involved in almost all of the hosts attacking chances in a frantic opening 45 minutes, hitting the post from close-rage and having a long shot saved before providing the cross for the opening goal of the evening shortly before the interval.

Whilst no one can be sure if Williams will ever become a permanent fixture in Alan Pardew’s first-team plans at Palace, it’s fantastic to see him performing so well elsewhere, as he looks to put a recent history of demoralising injuries behind him with the Championship outfit.

Despite struggling for regular football at club level for some time, many still expect him to play a big role in Chris Coleman’s Wales squad during the European Championships this summer. Who knows, if he performs as well as we know he all can on a stage that big, we may see him turning out in red and blue every week next season.

Enjoy.

I don’t think anyone has ever questioned Jonny’s talent, it’s just whether he is robust enough for the prem league. Personally I think he is good enough but not sure he fits into the current Palace style of play hence why he’s on continuous loan.

I hope he has a strong tournament but I’ll admit to being happy if he is off form in the big match!
