Palace & Tottenham Fans Will Face Travel Disruption This Sunday

Crystal Palace and Tottenham fans will be forced to contend with travel disruption following Sunday’s Premier League clash at White Hart Lane.

Details of the changes being made to public transport services this weekend are available HERE

In a bid to calm congestion following the match in question, White Hart Lane station will have its southbound platforms closed 3pm and 5pm, meaning that anyone wanting to head back to south London after the match will be required to use other forms of transport.

Seven Sisters station is roughly a 20 minute walk from the stadium, should you be up for a stroll, or alternatively, you can head towards Northumberland Park and get a train to Tottenham Hale, where you can get on the Victoria Line to make your way home.

Whilst it’s far from ideal to discover that thousands of fans’ routes home will be disrupted by the plans, the early kick-off will mean there is still plenty of time to get back to a central station and continue your journey from there, hopefully with three points having been secured by Alan Pardew and the players as they bid to continue their impressive start to the season.

Cheers.

Spurs fan here. Northumberland Park station is close by but a total nightmare after matches. The buses to Seven Sisters are useless. Best prepare for a walk to the tube.

Cheers for that, Alfie. We’ll be prepared.
