Twitter Reacts To Crystal Palace’s 2-1 Win Over Chelsea

Twitter was a happy place from 5:45 pm onwards yesterday, following Crystal Palace’s win over Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.

Whilst many had expected us to arrive in west London with a plan to park the bus, the truth couldn’t have been any more different. Attacking from the off, we looked to get at Jose Mourinho’s men immediately, and scored two extremely well-worked goals as the second half wore on.

Given the lead by Bakary Sako after 65 minutes, we were pegged back by a Radamel Falcao header 14 minutes later, but got ourselves back in front straightaway thanks to Joel Ward who nodded in a Sako pass to send the away end into raptures.

Below are a selection of the best tweets sent in reaction to the victory.

Enjoy.
